Services

Everything a business needs to run online.

Ten services, held by one company. The site, the mail, the cloud and the laptops, so nothing falls between two suppliers.

Process

Four steps, and you are out of it.

The quote is fixed before we start, and every stage is something you can see on a real URL rather than in a slide. Nothing on this list needs chasing.

  1. 01

Tell us what it has to do

An hour on the business, the problem and what already exists. No charge, no obligation.

  2. 02

    Fixed quote in 48 hours

Scope, timeline and price, written down. What is not in it is not in the price either.

  3. 03

    You watch it get built

A staging URL from week one, and a short written note every fortnight on what moved.

  4. 04

    Launch, then look after it

Handover with the accounts in your name, thirty days of fixes, and a care plan if you want one.

How we price

Fixed quotes, and the running cost written down.

We do not print numbers, because a number without a scope is a guess that somebody ends up paying for. What you pay is quoted against your scope, after a call, in writing, and it does not move afterwards.

Project work
Quoted as one figure against a written scope. Half on acceptance, half on launch. Anything outside the scope is quoted before it is started, never billed after.
Monthly services
Hosting, care and IT management are billed monthly in advance, cancellable with thirty days' notice, and the price is per user or per site rather than per incident.
Third-party costs
Domains, licences and cloud consumption are passed through at what they cost us. We bill our time; we do not take a margin on your infrastructure.
Hourly work
For anything genuinely open-ended. We quote a ceiling before starting and tell you when you are approaching it rather than after.
Questions

Before you send the enquiry.

  • Can we start with one service and add others later?

That is how most clients begin: usually a website, then hosting and mail, then the rest as it becomes obvious. Nothing here requires you to buy the whole list.

  • Do you work with businesses outside Johannesburg?

Yes. Everything except hands-on hardware work is done remotely, and we have clients across South Africa. On-site work in greater Johannesburg is included in IT management; elsewhere it is quoted separately.

  • What is the smallest project you will take?

A one-page site, a domain and mail set up properly is a real project and we are happy to do it. Below about R5 000 we will usually point you at something you can do yourself and tell you how.

  • Do you charge for the first meeting?

No. The scope call is an hour, free, and you leave with our honest read on what you need, including when that is less than you asked for.

  • Can you take over work another supplier started?

Usually, after a paid audit. It is a fixed-price week that tells both of us what is really in there, and you own the report whether or not you continue with us.
