Domain registration
The domain is the one asset a business cannot rebuild from a backup. So it is registered in your name, on an account you control, every time, with us as a technical contact and nothing more.
We register .co.za, .africa, .com and the rest, transfer names in from wherever they are stuck, and clean up the DNS while we are there. Most domains we inherit carry three sets of records that no longer point anywhere.
Renewals are the part that goes wrong. Auto-renew fails quietly when a card expires, so we watch expiry dates directly and chase them, rather than trusting a setting nobody has looked at in two years.
DNS is documented in plain language: what each record does, and what would break if it were removed. That document is worth more than the records themselves the day somebody else has to touch them.

Who owns the domain?
You do, without exception. We will not register a client domain in our own name, and we will help you move it out on request without argument.
Can you rescue an expired domain?
Sometimes. Both .co.za and .com have redemption periods, at a cost. Phone us the day you notice, not the week after.
Do you sell privacy protection?
Where the registry supports it, at cost. On .co.za the registrant details are public by design and no add-on changes that.
