A small team, on purpose.

No roles are open right now. But every year somebody writes to us so well that we find them one, so this page stays up and the mailbox stays read.

The work

What working here is like.

Small team, whole problems. The person who designs a thing builds it, and the person who builds it answers for it after launch.

Whole problems
You take a project from the scope call to the handover, not one layer of it. Specialists are welcome; silos are not.
Clients, directly
You will be on calls and your name will be on the work. If you would rather never speak to a client, this is the wrong small company.
Craft over volume
We take fewer projects than we could and finish them properly. Nothing here ships at 80% with a promise to fix it later.
Hours that hold
The office keeps the hours on the contact page. Launch weeks happen; a culture of permanent overtime does not.
Write anyway

The speculative application that works here.

  1. 01

    Show one finished thing

A link to something real that you made and can talk about honestly: what it does, what you would do differently now.

  2. 02

Say what you want to do

Design, build, infrastructure, support. "Anything" reads as nothing; a direction we can picture reads as a colleague.

  3. 03

    Skip the formalities

No cover-letter voice, no two-page CV template. A plain email from a person, to a person, with the work attached.

What happens to it

Every application is read and answered by a person, usually within a week. If there is nothing now, we say so, and we ask before keeping your details for later. Unsuccessful applications are deleted, as the privacy policy says.
